Colour services, Hair Keratin Botox and Hair Extensions require a quick phone call with our team.

These services are highly personalised, so we'd love to chat before recommending the most suitable service for you.

We recommend booking 2–6 weeks in advance, particularly if you prefer evening appointments, late nights, Fridays or Saturdays, as these are often our busiest times.

Things do change however, our online calendar is live, so you'll be able to view our most up-to-date availability at any time!

Yes. A prepaid deposit is required to secure all online bookings.

Your deposit is fully credited towards your service on the day of your appointment and allows us to reserve time especially for you.

Reception bookings also require a pre-paid deposit to secure your spot.

Once speaking to our team and completing the booking a deposit link will be sent to you via email the week of your appointment.

Once you've completed your online booking, your appointment is placed into our system as Pending while our reception team reviews the booking.

Occasionally, we may contact you if a slight adjustment to your appointment time or stylist is required to ensure we can provide the best possible experience.

Once confirmed, you'll receive an email outlining your appointment date and time, your stylist, your estimated appointment duration & any relevant booking information.

Yes. You'll automatically receive both an email and SMS reminder 24 hours before your appointment.

If you're expecting a reminder and haven't received one, please contact our team during business hours so we can confirm your booking details.

Please note that changes or cancellations made after your reminder has been sent will incur a late cancellation fee.

As a busy boutique salon, every appointment is carefully reserved for each guest. We kindly ask for 24 business hours' notice if you need to cancel, reschedule or make significant changes to your booking.

If you'd like to add or alter services while keeping your existing appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll always do our best to accommodate your request; however, additional time cannot be guaranteed on the day.

Cancellations, reschedules or significant service changes made within our 24 business hour notice period may incur a late cancellation or late change fee.
