What can i book online?

Selected services such as haircuts, treatments, styling & consultations can only be booked online. 

How do i book a colour?

Colours require a call or text as we will need to ask you some questions to ensure we get the right booking for your colour needs.  We encourage all new clients to book a complimentary colour consultation first so we can meet you and your hair to tailor our advice to you.

How far in advance do i need to book?

Nights and weekends tend to book out 6-8 weeks in advance, colours anywhere from 4-8 weeks. Haircuts and styles are much easier to get a booking with yet we do recommend booking ahead ensuring avaliability for the day and time you need!

When booking do i need to pay a deposit?

Yes. All online bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. All other bookings will get sent a depoist payment link via email. In the chance you need to reschedule (life happens,we get it!), depostis can be transfered to another booking or credited to your account if requested 48 hours prior to your linked booking.

Do you have a cancelation policy?

Yes. We are a busy little salon that truly loves our time with our guests. A 24 business hour cancelation policy applies where a fee will be charged if a cancation occurs. Please see our full deposit and cancellation policy terms here.
