Privacy Policy

Kalon Hair Wellness PTY LTD is committed to client confidentiality and privacy across all and any information gathered by consent of the client. All information collected is for internal use only and will not be used in any other form nor be given to a third party.

Returns 

Our policy lasts 5 business days. If 5 business days have gone by since your in-salon purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Additional non-returnable items are gift cards. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

If you are un-satisfied and wish to return your products this must be done within the 5 business day period in order for an alternative solution to be made i.e a product exchange.

Exchanges 

We do not refund product or service purchases.  We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@kalonhairwellness.com  or contact our salon as soon as possible. Exchanges due to defects can only be considered for exchange within 5 business days of purchase.
